Media140: Exploring the future of the real-time web
In case you haven't heard, I'm helping organize the Media140 conference in London on 26 October 2009. We've got a truly exceptional group of speakers lined up, including a keynote address by AKQA CEO Tom Bedecarre!
http://media140.com/brands/
The first Media140 conference was held earlier this year and tackled the issue of real-time media and the media and news industries. This time, we're looking at brands, advertising and what they need to know about Twitter & real-time social media
Are your brands social? Are they staying ahead of competitors in the social media space? If you answered ‘no’ or ‘um, not sure…’ to either of those questions, you need to come to Media140 in London on Monday the 26th October 2009. The one day conference will explore the impacts of real-time social media on agencies, marketers and brands. If brands are your business, Media140 is an conference you can’t afford to miss.
There are a few tickets available for the day, and as a special offer to readers of this blog you can get a ticket for just £95 (instead of the £135 normal price.) To book your spot, visit http://www.amiando.com/london and use promocode "mediafriends".
If you're interested in a last-minute sponsorship opportunity, drop me an email and we can discuss it. With partners like Revolution Magazine, Contagious Magazine, the IAB, AudioBoo and others, you'll be in very good company.
Hope to see you there!
